What an excellent office and staff! Everyone is helpful and friendly.....could not be happier with the treatment I received!
Excellent dentistry work but the billing and service afterwards is horrible. We were billed a late fee on the very first bill. Tried to call several times to discuss, but the phone number would not work. I would not recommend this place.
I have been to almost every dentist in Jefferson County and I have to say this office is the best! Dr. Turner is an amazing dentist and his friendly staff make me feel very comfortable. I tell everyone how great they are and highly recommend them to anyone who has had a bad experience elsewhere!
I have had great service in the chair.... it is afterwards that the service is horrible. They charge, charges that I don't know is not covered until I get the bill in the mail. They don't return phone calls. And to top it off I had an emergency caused by them and called their emergency number 3 times did not get a response for an hour and 15 minutes. I do not reccomend them.
