It was awesome! Reta was just as excited about my hair color as I was! It turned out beautiful and I went from blonde to auburn, so many things could of gone wrong but she took such good care of me.
I went to another salon a few days before, and they turned my hair bright orange. I went for a balayage ombre and it was a disaster. I went to Nicole at Monumental Styles and she was able to correct my hair and now it looks beautiful! It's exactly what I wanted! I will never go anywhere else again!
Looked for years when I moved out here, for a hairdresser who I loved & worked with me on getting what I wanted & I found it at this salon with Janessa. Everyone is pleasant and their location is easy to get to.
