Wasn't impressed at all by this company. Had an appointment 6-13-25 at 5pm. Was not contacted by the contractor until around 6:30 pm stating he was running a few minutes late, he had approximately another half hour drive to give an estimate. I recommend another date and time. Was told he would send an aerial view of my house the following day, which I never received. Monumental Roofing did an exceptional job repairing our roof from start to finish. Al (the owner) came out the same day high winds damaged our roof. He immediately explained available options and agreed to fix our roof the next day. His crew arrived on time and completed the repair skillfully and professionally. I very pleased with the quality of their work and service.
Al from Monumental roofing is fantastic. I have had nothing but issues with my new DR Horton home from AC to plumbing. After the wind storm I was so stressed about another problem with my new home. Al came and gave me a great deal and fixed it the next day. He was the first contractor that took some of my stress away with all the extra expenses I have dealt with. I highly recommend him.
