We are on a government close down due to covid 19 and they charged me full amount twice for a cancelled room weeks apart. horrible establishment ! do not book with them. when I called to initially cancel they said they couldn't do it since I placed it w an outside app. Cancelled with the app and noticed they charged me the 1st time the day I called. Thieves!! I will be disputing both those charges!!
Hotel sujo! Quarto com baratas e muita poeira. Péssimo trabalho de quarto, em 5 dias de hospedagem ñ tivemos uma manutenção de quarto. Ñ recomendo.

READ: If you’re trying to stay in Orlando for very little cost, this is the place. But, just remember, you get what you pay for. It’s dated, smells like mold and pesticide, TV was broke and remote without backing to the battery housing. Little ants on the 2nd floor. Very noisy as you can hear doors slam all the way down the mile long hallway, and chairs and tables move all the time. And that’s over the noise of a humidifier and AC unit running all night. Esqueci minha aliança de casamento na pia do hotel sai por 30 minutos e ela desapareceu entrei em contato com a recepção e eles não fizeram nada disseram que não tem câmeras dentro do hotel só do lado de fora Muito chateada não recomendo e não fico mas nesse hotel
