Was brought in to interview for a "Charity Drive Support Advocate" position. Job posting listed that "supplemental pay" would be commission. They kept me waiting for 50 minutes before seeing me and after beginning with some standard preliminary questions, I eventually asked what the base pay range being offered for the position was.
