Excellent service! I selected monumental to come install my EV Charger because they seemed the most knowledgeable. I was absolutely correct! Although my home didn't have the right set up at first he was able to create one and make it work. He also promised to come back if I have additional issues at no charge. This company is the right choice.
I've had Jimmy from Monumental Electric do four electrical upgrades for me (multiple properties) in the past year. Most recently, we have two rentals next to each other and one of them was having electrical problems. I called SMECO and they came out and advised we must upgrade the box and service cable as they had become a potential fire hazard due to age/weather. Fantastic service! Scheduling was quick, communication was great, and the electrician was friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem with my exterior outlets right away, handled the repairs and replacements efficiently, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!
James is punctual, polite, and very patient. Besides being a wonderful electrician, he is great at diagnosing possible factors that may have caused my electric outlet to misbehave. After thoroughly testing all possible contributing factors, the outlet did not arc or spark. The outlet was replaced as it was close to it's self life.
