James Costoza and I were in an agreement/contract to do an electrical panel upgrade to a 40-space panel in my home, was to be accompanied by change of electrical meter and we also agreed on him installing an electric Vehicle charger in my garage and also installing adding an electrical outlet for a Range/stove in my basement all for the total of $5,450.00. we agreed half of the money will be paid upfront to help with getting a work Permit and buying Material.
