When the manufacturer of my gutter guard failed to honor their guarantee, Dan stepped in on my behalf. Not only did he get the manufacturer to honor most of their guarantee, but he had Monumental Construction honor the rest at their expense. Very customer oriented and very helpful in getting the situation resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at gutters or gutter guards
Monumental Construction has been a godsend for us with our roof and siding replacement/repair. Dan and his crew were professional, courteous, and helped us every step of the way. I hate dealing with insurance companies, and Dan helped us advocate for every penny. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Monumental again or recommend them to others.
TL/DR: Monumental Construction is the company you want to trust your home with. I do not even know where to begin. Like some of the stories in other reviews, I had been left in a position with a house that was 100% sided incorrectly. I called Dan at Monumental to see if he could provide me with an estimate to show my insurance company as I was trying to fight for it to be fixed. Take it from me: Call Monumental Construction for your home exterior needs! I had originally contracted with another company who left me and my home in a tough spot. Dan with Monumental Construction took the time to understand all of the unique variables of my project and offered multiple options for solutions. This is a long review but please read. First started working with monumental way back in 2018 when they finished an order to put in gutters and the rest of our roof when the previous company and who they hired just bailed, so we use the money to pay monumental. They did an extremely great job. They had helped discover that there was a leak an extension of the house where a window install took place only it wasn't noticed because my mother kept plants crowding the window.
