A very unpleasant experience. Dropped my cat off on 2/13 for a appointment at 7:30AM for teeth cleaning. Went to lunch and shopping that afternoon, around 3:30pm we headed home and stopped in to pick up our cat. To our surprise he was NOT ready to go home, in fact we were told they had just started to sedate him! WHAT?? He has been there 8 hours! He has a appointment for 7:30! Turns out your appointment means nothing, drop your animal off and they will fit it into the day as they please. Drive 11 miles home and get a phone c... read more

We love this Vet. Dr. Ryan is amazing, compassionate, and caring. He always takes the time to explain the situation to us in a way in which we can easily understand and digest. Clinic is open 7 days a week and can make room for emergency visits on most occasions which has saved us more than once. So happy we found Monument View/Dr. Ryan!
