Big time cliques that will play friend then throw you under the bus when they have problems. Electric problems, that won't be fixed. Moisture problems that won't be fixed. Mostly decent people. Some people will assault a woman and then "testify" that she's a problem. Overall... A great idea. But residents shouldn't be allowed to dictate company policy.
