EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! I have been am VERY satisfied customer of Monument Small Engine & Automotive for over 10 years. I am appalled by the other reviews posted here!!! They are so far from the truth they are laughable!!!! Every time I bring in a mower, trimmer or my vehicles I am given EXCELLENT customer service, called by Dave himself and kept informed of the issues with my equipment or vehicle! Leid To

Lied To Took vehicle in to have a rear seal replaced. 100 miles later, the engine seized. They used to wrong sanding pads that put metal shavings in the oil. They denied I, despite the pads being in clear view in the shop and showing/giving me the pads. Had a certified mechanic at dealership look a engine and found groves on block cause by incorrect pad. Company denied it with a small claims arbitrator and in court. 

Ripped off customer

One ripped off customer I took my ATV to this shop with an oil leak and was told it was my valve cover leaking. Once I agreed for the 100 dollar repair, I was called and told that my total was $798.27. i was informed that there was extra cost do to a valve being bent. My engine never ran as bad as it has since it was returned to me. I believe that damage was done to my engine when the repair was being done, and the owner who was smelling of liquor had not owned up to his mistake and fix it. he billed me 600.00 more than the ... read more

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Had my mower serviced 3 times and each time was the same thing and they DID NOT GUARANTEE the work they do. Was drinking on the job and VERY RUDE! Very pricey!
