I saw a house on their website the day it got listed and it took me a week to get any sort of response from them and by that point the house was already taken. A very frustrating experience to say the least and a big loss for me and my house hunt
From the first day the house was listed, my roommate and I tried reaching out to the agent multiple times through homes.com, realtor.com, his phone, as well as the main office. No response from anyone for a week. By the time we finally got in contact with someone (not the listed agent), the house was gone. Extremely disappointed by this experience. If you want a response, go elsewhere
Went for a work event and had a great time. The staff and realtors at Monument are always so nice and so friendly! Whoever created the curriculum for customer service did a fantastic job! Not a single grumpy or rude person in sight. You guys rock!
