When I was called to set up for delivery the other day, I was told out of the blue that I now have a co-pay. I have gotten the same medication for months with no co-pay so I was thrown off when she asked me for my card info… she said I could pay in cash instead, but talking over me as I’m trying to tell her that I understand I have a co-pay NOW, out of thin air and it doesn’t make sense to me. The guys are extremely professional they pack your meds on an hour to daily basis, and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of
This pharmacy is located right next to the building I live in, so naturally I had my prescription sent there. Unfortunately, they are a closed door pharmacy and can’t give me my prescription because I am not their patient- totally understandable I can easily go somewhere else.
