Bogus and fraudulent reviews As the Owner of Monument Limousine these negative reviews on our business are bogus reviews. It has been a on going practice with our competitors because of who we are. Our competitors have been trying to tarnish our slogan"Setting a Higher Standard in Limousine Service". We had these negative reviews investigated and lot of them do not leave their names so we can't respond back this tells us it is a fraudulent review and a very coward way to write a review. DO NOT USE! We booked this terrible limo company for our wedding and they never showed up, and said we never had a reservation. We gave them a deposit and I called them 3 different times the week prior to the wedding to confirm, and everytime they said they would be there. The owners are very rude and do not deserve to be in business. This is a fraudulent company who takes your money and never picks you up, stay away!!!

BEWARE Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing from this company. The company has nice cars, but their business end needs some serious work. Make sure to look at your credit card statement to make sure they didn't add additional charges.

They were AWESOME! Very friendly over the phone. Confirmation call from them was reasurring. Rented a black Chrysler 300 limo for my son (13 birthday) and his friend's. Start time was 3:30 and the driver showed up 20 minutes early. He was VERY courteous and VERY friendly. He took the time to get to know my son and his friends. We will definitely be using Monument Limo for all our future limo needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for limo service!!! Thank you guys :o)

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Monument Limo Service not only provided us with a disrespectful driver, but do not give us what was promised in the wedding package. It was our wedding day- and they did nothing to make it special for us, in fact, when I called to resolve the conflicts we had with the driver I was told to call back two days later!
