Where to begin. I was told my procedure would be explained to me when I would get the call to schedule it. I was told during that call it would be explained when they call me before the procedure date, during this new call I was told they would explain the day of the procedure, nothing was ever explained. At the facility I had to give a urine sample for a pregnancy test, (the nurse made snide remarks about conception) the cup for the urine was not labeled and there was no label to mark it, the nurse who set up my test left i... read more

The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to recovery. The prep instructions were clear, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. I appreciated how well everything was explained and how attentive the nurses and doctor were throughout. Highly recommend this center for anyone needing this important screening—it truly was a five-star experience.
I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received at this facility. Dr. Zdenek and his staff were incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They all went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
