I received good care at Monument. Employees have always treated me well. But the billing department, and their accounting issues, are borderline criminal. They waited over 500 days to bill me for care I received even after I had been to a monument location multiple times after receiving care and was never made aware of an outstanding balance. They’ll get you referrals to care but that’s about where it ends whole care feels very negligent. Doctors must wake up in the morning and say “As little as possible”

It’s so sad this establishment can’t honor the Presidents order to lower flags to half mast to honor the life of Charlie Kirk. I tried to talk to someone but I just got sent to a voice mail.
