Worst staff ever! My nonverbal son was unfairly treated and they didn't even bathe him for 5 days!!! Awful place. Awful people. OTC Creed is a tyrannical kidnapping lying joke for a so called professional. Allowed my son bad shows when he's not allowed cause his anger. They failed completely and should be ashamed.If you have an emergency... go to next town or they might ignore your needs too while nurses play on Facebook.
I received good care at Monument. Employees have always treated me well. But the billing department, and their accounting issues, are borderline criminal. They waited over 500 days to bill me for care I received even after I had been to a monument location multiple times after receiving care and was never made aware of an outstanding balance.
