When I When I called and made the appointment and when I arrived at Monument Health, the people I came in contact with were very friendly and welcoming. However, on the phone I told whomever I spoke with that. I had several issues and I wanted to be referred for physical therapy because I had twisted my knee my lower back hurt and I felt that my pelvis may have been rotated. I have had to visit here several times lately. My provider today was so super nice.. as was the last one. They are all such wonderful people and genuinely care about you. I am. Very thankful for the people that work there.
