Our issue is not with the care we receive, but with the billing and the lack of communication about extra charges during well visits. This has happened to us twice now. During our son's well visits, the doctor found an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. We were not told that addressing the ear infection would cause an extra charge or be billed separately. Wow what a joke they do not care about people you should be ashamed of the way you conduct business please Sanford hurry up and build here next time I will just go ahead and die instead of deal with Monument

I was scared to have a baby for most of my life. Going to this hospital made me feel so at ease unlike some other hospitals I've been to. I'd like to say thank you to the staff for ensuring that my experience went well. Having my first born wasn't painful or scary at all and I'm grateful for that.
