There is a lack of communication to me in the billing department. I also reached out to customer relations and never received any responses after March 1, 2025.
Best hospital in the country, hands down. I would give ten stars if I could. I'm a truck driver, and about a month ago I was coming through rapid city. Bad weather caused me to have to stay overnight to wait out the snow. While I was in my motel, my appendix apparently decided to let go. I went to the ER in Sturgis first to get checked out. They did some tests found out my appe did was going and sent me to Monument health in Spearfish.
