They are thieves. They charged me $2000 for me to use my own c-pap machine when I spent one night in the hospital because they said it required a respiratory specialist. I did not come into the hospital with any respiratory problems. I just used my personal c-pap. They refused to take it off my bill. We have no recourse. This is not to mention they charge at least 3 times more for the same tests at other. Hospitals.
A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, anesthesiologist, and nurses who took care of me during my surgery yesterday. I was truly blessed with the most compassionate and caring team. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. I never once felt like “just another patient.” Instead, I felt seen, heard, and valued.
