Waited for over an hour to be seen. Had two patients come in, be seen, and leave. We were still in the waiting room! And they wonder why the have terrible patient satisfaction scores. Could any other facility please open up and stop the monopoly that Monument has!

Great service. Friendly front end staff. Results same day.
Went to urgent care this morning with my 3 year old with concerns of pneumonia. The staff were SO kind and patient with him, talked to him so he was involved in his own care, and listened to our concerns. We saw Kendra Dell, NP, and as a nurse myself, she was wonderful and would recommend her.
