Amazing staff friendly service helped me out with my paperwork and told me to look out for 10/10 service
Jip joint! Had a health issue on 5-7 -2024, and paid my share of my medical insurance for the office visit. Today, 3-25-2025, I receive a bill from a collection agency on behalf of Monument Health. I never received one call or one bill from Monument Health the this entire time. All they had to do was call me or send me a bill and it would have been paid. I should sue them for trying to ruin my credit!
Horrible service the nurse was in a hurry like she didn’t want to help me the labs were fine but it was mainly the nurse I needed to take a few days off school because of how I was feeling and she wouldn’t give me any she gave my mom attitude and was overall a horrible nurse
I feel compelled to share this because it is exactly how I feel I came in because of a problem that I had gone to Monument emergency room for weeks ago that in my opinion was misdiagnosed and the problem continued until I saw the most wonderful Physician Assistant here named Tessa.... She was more thorough and her examination and she prescribed the correct medicine that within 24 hours is already helping to clear up my problem.... Every time I'm in here they're shaming me, letting me know how they won't do further testing, and give me sub par care because I don't have insurance
