This is the third time the same xray tech has refused to do scans on an elderly member of the community. Went so far as to say that she has refused all residents from long term care facilities because it is detrimental to her health. I’m not sure how this facility is allowed to continue to operate by refusing care to elderly patients. Basically saying go somewhere else I won’t help them is not okay.
What a wonderful staff from the receptionists to the nurses the PAs the xray techs. They answer all my questions and concerns. Cover all the bases and show genuine caring about my health. I was a little Leary of walk in clinics but I am happy to have been wrong.
This was one of the best Urgent Care experiences I have had. I got there close to them closing and no-one made me feel like it was a problem to be there that late. Everyone from Mackenzie at the front desk, to the sweet nurse, and Teagen, the provider, were very kind. Teagen was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my illness in detail and helped me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this Urgentl Care!
Amazing staff, check in process is very easy, the nurse I had was very kind and attentive, didn’t mind all the questions I had to ask! I had Dr. Gale and he was amazing, exceptional doctor. He took the time to explain everything to me and help me manage symptoms! Over all very amazing team and I would definitely recommend this urgent care!
