Ummm. So I went here first with a blockage in my ear canal, and it was a walk in. The lady at the front counter was super friendly, but everything else wasn't great. We waited in the waiting room for a long time, and the doctor chatted to us for a few minutes after before saying the nurse would be in "in a minute." We waited 30 minutes and the nurse flushed my ears, although it didn't do anything. Visited as a walk-in for a random DOT drug test. Everyone was very friendly and they took me right in. Thank you!
Extremely frustrating experience. She was seen here 5 days ago and prescribed an oral steroid. Now she has a severe cold sore outbreak covering her lips, is in significant pain, and can barely eat. When we called for help, we were told nothing could be done unless she came back in. No follow-up care. No provider review. No empathy. If a patient develops a serious reaction after being treated, they shouldn’t be dismissed and told to start over. Do better.
