They treat people's mental health like its a game.
This rating is for the billing portion. Nobody should ever have to do as much work I have to do regarding the billing portion due to improper training and incompetence of front desk staff who mark things as self pay when there is insurance on file. I just checked in for an appointment and was told that I have to call billing to be sure that my co-pay is applied to this visit and and towards the balance due, which I shouldn't have to do at all. Thanks for creating extra work on my part.
The people at the front desk were super friendly and supportive. My doctor is very knowledgeable. The nursing staff was very friendly and supportive as well but the doctors need to work on their people skills and need to listen to their patients more attentively.
