My son has been trying to get monuments billing department to send his insurance some forms for 5 mths. You have to wait an hour to talk to a real person, sometimes they dont answer your questions and then just hang up, or they say they will send them to insurance but never do. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Totally incompetent.
They treat people's mental health like its a game.
This rating is for the billing portion. Nobody should ever have to do as much work I have to do regarding the billing portion due to improper training and incompetence of front desk staff who mark things as self pay when there is insurance on file. I just checked in for an appointment and was told that I have to call billing to be sure that my co-pay is applied to this visit and and towards the balance due, which I shouldn't have to do at all. Thanks for creating extra work on my part.
