absolutely awful experience. i was a hand patient and all the who i assume are nurses were so rude and very unprofessional. there was an older lady, linda, who was just absolutely disgustingly rude and had so much attitude. i overheard linda speaking to the other older lady and she was being very racist. absolutely unacceptable. awful establishment with even worse employees. i expected better from 50+ year old women. do not waste your time trying to get an appointment here. there are better clinics with better people!
Everything was great. Except for the receptionist. She refused to fill out a medical form for my mother, raising her voice and drawing attention from the entire lobby. Yelling around about fraud. Smh. Very upsetting and humiliating when its a lack of communication and knowledge on her part. After her supervisor apologized and my mom told her to have a good day she turned away mumbling something. Maybe she should remember people are going through medical obstacles and being polite and friendly is the least she could do. Altog... read more
