The first set an appointment with these people last year and that appointment was canceled because of a ride. Now they're telling me that I have to have an appointment either at 9:00 a.m. or 2 in the afternoon and I am a veteran and I get picked up by a veteran. I live in Gillette Wyoming and the veteran that picks me up lives in Sheridan which is an hour and a half the other direction from rapid City.
