I am a Navy Medicine healthcare provider and a field grade Active Duty Naval Officer. In an unfortunate turn of events during leave from my military duties, I was compelled to utilize the Monument Health Lead-Deadwood location for emergency services (ER) this past weekend. He didn't spend anytime with me, look in my eyes,, nor give any information other then send me home. I went home and shortly there after I received a 900.00 bill. Horrible car... read more

Might have just been an off night for the staff. Starting with the ambulance to release from e r , I was very worried that I might not have reliable staff around me. My thoughts are 2 out of the 7 working with me we're reliable. 3and a half stars

Went in to ER to be treated for dog bites. Clacy was my nurse. She was very accommodating and took good care of me. Mary-Beth treated me and she was very helpful as well.
