I’m not sure what to call this establishment but this is not a hospital! These people gave Hippocratic Oath and immediately forgot it, some of these so called doctors should find a different profession. Monument Hospital is a complete joke. Shame

Awful!!!!!!! This place made me sick! My dad got in a motorcycle accident and just said you’re lucky and released him. He is now currently in the ER with a fractured foot dislocated toes!!! Not only that, but they couldn’t even spell his name right he kept calling him Lauren and then made it his fault that he wasn’t answer!!! Remember when you’re releasing somebody that is somebody’s mother or father and they are wanted and needed!

While on vacation became ill with vomiting . Went to ER and was immediately taken care of. Within minutes, blood work, IV, Catscan was done. ER Dr. Informed me I had a small intestine blockage. Was admitted to hospital. The care by all employees was outstanding! The nurses were on top of my care throughout the 5 day's I was hospitalized. My Dr. took good care of me and kept us informed of how my treatment was progressing. The administration staff helped to connect their my chart to mine in NC. I had a medical issue that put a big red flag on our vacation and I have to say I am glad it happened in Deadwood because this hospital is awesome. I was admitted for two nights and felt like I was good hands the whole time. Thank you for being there in my time of need.
