My husband had an accident while we were vacationing and the ambulance took him to this hospital. The doctor and nurses were so nice!! He received excellent care and the staff wax incredibly skilled!

I received good care at Monument. Employees have always treated me well. But the billing department, and their accounting issues, are borderline criminal. They waited over 500 days to bill me for care I received even after I had been to a monument location multiple times after receiving care and was never made aware of an outstanding balance. I just needed an X-ray to see if I'd broken my knee. Got very good care. But I've got old COVID symptoms that haven't gone away after 10 months. My heart worried the doctor. Nothing he could do about it, but he recommended beet supplements on my exit sheet and I appreciate that. Long COVID is confusing and squirrelly. I appreciate the doctor's thoughtfulness.

I’m not sure what to call this establishment but this is not a hospital! These people gave Hippocratic Oath and immediately forgot it, some of these so called doctors should find a different profession. Monument Hospital is a complete joke. Shame
