When I called to have my daughter seen for urgent care because she woke up with an entire body fever, which had me very concerned, I was told she couldn't be seen and was basically dismissed and told to go to another town, without even asking questions! After calling back again, and being told the same thing again, I finally asked to speak with a supervisor and only then was I given an appointment (of which suddenly there were 4 times I could choose from).
