Made comments about how everything would come back negative on my biopsies when i have medical trauma regarding biopsies. My mother had biopsies and they said it was a waste of time and it came back cancer (also monument but not the same location). It made me feel like i wasnt being taken seriously. Then when i came in for the results my hand procedure was pushed off and there were eye rolls about the results of my biopsies. One did come back negative and the other one not fully. At Monument Health we take patient satisfaction very seriously"! ETA: wow, so when you're finally shamed into giving a non copy-paste response, you call the patient a liar? With how unprofessional some of your providers and staff act we need to be careful to avoid retaliation. Do any of you really wonder why monument has the reputation that it does?
