Do not purchase from this business! If you do, make sure to use a credit card so you can dispute the charge. I purchased a grill from them 2 weeks ago, and at the time of purchase it gave me a delivery date for all of the items to be delivered on the weekend. Parts of the grill package were delivered, but the grill itself was not. I called to no answers, and I sent emails. I finally received a response that just said I would receive a response to my request, but it usually takes them "48-72 hours to respond to requests." The... read more
Nonexistent Customer Support. How hard should I have to fight to place an order for parts??? I mean, seriously, I'm fighting to give you business!!! Yes, their grills are cheap, but they last only one year, and then you need either parts or a new grill. Apparently parts are out of the question since they will not respond to email or voicemail. I recommend spending the additional $50 for another manufacturer and completely avoiding Monument Grills. Absolutely a terrible customer experience!
Fourth time my grill caught on fire! Had to use fire blanket and extinguisher to put out the grease fire! I never had problems with grilling until this came into my life, which I thought was a good investment. Sad to say it will be a scrappers delight and I will warn everyone I know not to purchase this grill for their own safety.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I purchased two barbecues from Rona, and the igniter on one did not work. When I reached out to customer service, I was treated horribly and I complained to the supervisor (Jose) who promised to send a replacement part that never arrived. This fiasco was a complete waste of time and effort. As instructed, I sent a photo of the receipt to verify the purchase, and was even issued a case number but received nothing .
