Not a happy experience! 😢 We bought apartment 1201 as an on-sale in October 2023.Not long after the tenant reported two window water leaks (bedroom & lounge) 😒 Our property manager followed it up as we did & initially the response was positive. Then again in April the same breaks happened again. The interior material is now swelling & rotting. 😐 Both our property manager & myself contacted Latitude about six (6) weeks later still no response from Latituse. 😬 Not good enough for a new building. 😏
Thanks to Tim Wendon from Lateral for the great service in helping me secure my forever apartment. Perfect location and a quality product made the purchase decision a sound investment as well as a great place to live. Close to transport, medical and shopping and a short distance to Botany Bay. Views from the roof terrace and pool to the city, airport and bay are unsurpassed in the area. Highly recommended !! Cheers Tim.
