Managed to lose the second key to my '16 Jeep Wrangler, leaving it on the bumper while packing to go away for the weekend. Brilliant! - Monty's Locksmith helped me to replace it in literally MINUTES... like it never happened... it just looks like someone cleaned off my dirty old key! GREAT SERVICE! Reasonable rates! I requested locksmith assistance for a vehicle lockout through CAA. Before dispatch, the locksmith called and advised there would be a $350 diagnostic fee. That amount is extremely unreasonable and feels predatory for a lockout situation. I declined the service because I was not comfortable paying $350 just to have someone assess a lockout, especially after requesting help through CAA. First of all, if I could give more than five stars, I would. I accidentally locked my car key inside my car and called Monty’s for urgent help. The dispatcher, I believe her name is Princess, was very kind and professional. She quickly assigned a technician, Sebastian, who arrived within 30 minutes. Sebastian was excellent. He unlocked my car, helped me get a backup key, and even repaired my battery—all within about 30 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly very highly skilled. like a magic! Fast, professional response. Friendly staff. Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Work done: they came to my SUV in a parking garage when they physical lock in my door was not accepting my key and the fob battery was dead. They unlocked the car and fixed the mechanism in less than 30 minutes.
