BEWARE! Horrible healthcare provider. They answers calls, put you on hold and don't come back to pick-up. With an appointment wait times and exceed 3+ hours. PCP does not answer questions or reply to emails. After multiple calls, emails and in-person request, by RX refill has been completely ignored. If a zero star were available, it would be reflected. I am now seeking a different provider and PCP. Terrible experience.
The medical personnel are good however the process of being seen is a nightmare. Expect to wait 2.5 to 4 hours to be seen ....even with an appointment. Getting refills for medications is a joke. I have been trying to get refills for my wife for over a MONTH! Getting new provider in 2024.
