STAY AWAY! Terrible experience with Villa Dolce!!!!!! I ordered my engagement party cake that was incredibily special and when it was time to pick up the cake, they said the cake was NOT there!!! Turns out the cake with in the fridge the entire time and no one looked!! They did not offer to replace it, nor did they issue an apology until the next day...and they REFUSED to take responsibily. Awful experience and I did not have a cake for the party. NOT WORTH THE RISK...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Cake Disaster This bakery is a disaster from the dirty kitchen and baker to the lack of attention in preparing their foods. We are disappointed with our last few experiences at villa dolce. The cakes were dry and hard to swallow. We recently ordered a large 3 tiered cake for a huge event. The cake we received was completely different from the cake we ordered. Excellent Cookies, Pastries and Cakes! We got our wedding cake here after falling in love with their cookies & mini-pastries. The baker is very helpful, willing to take suggestions and the place looks clean. The cake was perfect: fresh, delicious, exactly what we expected & more. Their prices are very reasonable, although write everything down because they can change if you ask for something "special."
