Got my nails done by Joy. Let’s just say she was not a joy to have do my nails.. while the nails look good and fine, she was very rough doing my nails. Tugging, twisting, and pulling my hands/fingers. I have never had this type of experience getting my nails done before, and I was uncomfortable. She also had a major attitude for no reason. What did I do wrong to her? :(
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. Received a manicure that ended up having bubbles in it, went back in and asked for it to be fixed, the women who did the nails took off only the 2 nails we pointed out. She should’ve redone the top coat to all nails when she realized the original topcoat that she used was bad. Additionally, it felt like they were using non sterilized tools during our manicure.
Receptionist can be nicer....
I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had a painful experience here. During my manicure, the technician, Joy over-filed my natural nails so much that they were left paper-thin and extremely sensitive. When the strengthening treatment was applied, it caused a severe burning sensation that was unbearable. I had to remove it immediately once I got home.
