I was a frequent customer of Montvale Nail and Spa. Let their store in the foam flip flops they provided just as the first few raindrops began to fall. I slipped and fell down on my elbow and hit my head. Called the store the day after my xrays. (Nothing was broken fortunately.) No sympathy or kind words from them. No care at all. Only told me “we are all adults and you should have been more careful. They are not at all responsible. Please contact the Management of the shopping center.” Done with them!
