I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had a painful experience here. During my manicure, the technician, Joy over-filed my natural nails so much that they were left paper-thin and extremely sensitive. When the strengthening treatment was applied, it caused a severe burning sensation that was unbearable. I had to remove it immediately once I got home. I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning. They were welcoming and Cindy was able to take me right away. She was friendly and knowledgeable and introduced me to the Cat hell method and suggested a new way to shape my nails. I left very very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.
The Montvale Nail Spa worst nail place in Montvale , every time when I done my nail my nail broke even not one week and for fix they charge $10 dollars they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
