The worst. The guy who came to give me the estimate never went upstairs. He’s old. He’s tired. He’s out of shape join the club, so I tried to tell him everything that was up there. He should’ve Climb the Stairs. Called and spoke with a rep to schedule an estimate. We confirmed a time for an estimate on a Monday at 10am. No one showed, no one called. When we called to figure out what was going on took 15m to call back to tell us that the estimator was busy with other houses and that “things happen” and that this isn’t atypical in the moving industry. We scheduled 3 estimates and the other 2 showed on time. Go with a mover who values your time or at least has enough consideration to tell you they will be late and not make excuses that... read more
We can't say enough good things about Marty and his awesome crew. They were on time, worked an entire day and truly cared . We are making a major move after 9 years in our beautiful home ( Montvale movers moved us here too), each one of the guys was considerate and took great care while moving our entire house and packing the things we couldn't. What could have been a really challenging day was made so much easier with them leading the way.. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends . Well done gentlemen!!!!
Montvale Moving did a fabulous job from start to finish. Marty was prompt in setting up a visit to provide an estimate, which was reasonable. Harry and his team showed up on time and expertly backed their truck into our narrow driveway. They moved all our furniture and other items quickly and then set things up in the new place -- a job done well with a smile, and without a scratch! Top notch!
