As a renter, I can’t speak highly enough about Montru Property Services. They set the bar high as far as courtesy, professionalism and excellent customer service. Michael was always very prompt in getting back to me if I called and went out of his way to come in a timely manner if something was needed at the house. Lorna and Micheal owners of Montru Property Services are a breath of fresh air to work with after having another property management company that was just to busy to pay attention to details or communicate with me the owner. More is never better, then homes suffer. Communication is number one with me as a hands on owner, and they are as good as it gets. Montru have been looking after our Florida property for 8 years. They do an excellent job looking after the house, pool and lawn. A smooth system is in place to communicate about bookings. They react quickly to any problems that occur for both owners and renters. They have established good links with local trades people e.g. when Mike discovered a leak in our roof it was sorted out without any problems. We would definitely recommend.
