Update - the service manager called after checking out my issues. He indicated that most of the staff that previously worked on the car are gone and he has a new crew, including one of the best techs in the USA. The service manager is trying hard to get me back. Which is a good sign! I have had our 2012 XC90 in for service for the same issue three times. I have just paid another shop to to the work they claimed to have done. I was actually told we did not need a parking brake as we didn't live in WV. Useless.
I would not recommend taking your vehicle to montrose volvo of cleveland for service as their lack of knowledge resulted in terrible quality of service and frustration. For starters I bought my 2018 volvo XC-60 with 110 miles in March of 2019. I drive a lot of highway miles going 65+ mph. Driving at higher speeds there was a slight vibration in the steering wheel and driver seat. When I purchased the vehicle it was a year old that had sat on the lot and thought it just needed...
