Today was my first visit as a brand new patient, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at the front desk. The woman working there—a Hispanic lady—did not greet me, smile, or even say, “Good morning” or “How can I help you?” Instead, she was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude. I have been a patient of Dr. Bakers for almost 10 years now. Not only do they help me in an emergency, they help me to stay on top of maintenance. They do it all with a smile. I would never go anywhere else for dental work.

I'd like to say that Dr. Chernara Baker is wonderful. In fact, I always had positive things to say about my visits. And I understand that the Montrose Tooth Fairy doesn't necessarily specialize with "resistant" children, being a family dentist. My wife, my 5 y o son, and I left upset, because I was under the impression that he hit the assistant, I believe it was Martha, because the since we came in he was scared and upset.
