Trying to get scheduled here became a confusing nightmare. Long story short: I had an in-person sleep study scheduled which got denied by my insurance in favor of doing an at-home study. They said they'd get everything switched over and call me back with the details. Had a lot of problems trying to get my at home sleep study scheduled. Finally succeeded at getting the equipment and completing the study but then also had trouble getting the results. They ended up saying the results were inconclusive and then scheduled me for an in person sleep study. They did not call me to give me any instructions for the in person sleep study so I had to guess what to bring. I tried calling them several times and could not get an answer. Took 3 1/2 weeks for them to schedule me. It has now been 9 days and still no results.
