Good communication + follow up – Went here after a recommendation by a friend. I have been here two times. The first time, I took my car for an issue with the car starting. I was dropped off by one of their employees at my work. A few hours later, I received a call from Cyrus who informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. Great shop - they go above and beyond! – Cyrus and his crew provide an excellent service - rates are reasonable, they are very thorough and go out of their way to earn your repeat business. I've had my vehicle there several times, for minor and major work, and each time the work was performed in a timely manner, prices were good or even discounted, and I have been happy with the quality of work. Avoid it All together – I know about cars. I've owned about 6-7 used cars, and 1 new one. I've had everything from 2 dropped Transmissions to rotor wear and tear. i can change my own oil, air filter, etc. I know what i'm doing. I was having difficulty with my truck when i first move dto texas. It wasn't getting enough pick up and I thought there was possibly a small leak somewhere, or that maybe i just needed a transmission flush since I had driven it from California to Texas in August. little did I know what would happen. Tried to take advantage of me – Took my car here two months ago for a transmission fluid change since they are AAA approved and I thought I could trust them. I asked for it to be drained (much safer for the transmission), rather than flushed, but they said they would do flush only since it's quicker. Then the mechanic informs me that the head gasket is leaking and needs replacing. Now how much would that cost? An extra 500 or so dollars. Of course, I didn't agree to get it done. DISHONEST. – This place is completely dishonest and targets women. They use David, their front counter man, to befriend the customer by throwing in "freebies" like coolant and oil changes and then completely rip you off. I took my car there after a bad experience with an oil change at JiffyLube, an admitted mistake on my part, and they replaced a valve cover which I'm now learning from my new mechanic was done improperly and has stripped the part.
