Montrose Realty is by far the worst experience my family had as renters. One of the employees, Marie, seems to have an attitude with everyone.

The regional manager, Marie is very rude and disrespectful towards the customer. She is also a bit racist and won’t listen to what you have to say. Other workers are decent but they need to fire Marie and find someone better.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Your so called "landlord" Marie belote is by far the worst person you could ever have run your rental properties. The maintenance people on the property dont even like her. She is disrespectful, rude, impolite, inconsiderate, confrontational, belligerent I could go on and on. You should seriously consider finding someone else to run your properties.

I have never, in my life, been treated as poorly as I was treated by the management at Montrose Realty. My bf and I moved into Heritage Village a year ago. The day we moved in, we walked through with the current property manager. We pointed out the poor condition of the rugs, the hole in the kitchen wall, and the screen hanging off the window out front our new unit. The best rental experience I've ever had. VERY professional management. Clean, quiet complex. Amanda, the maintenance supervisor is dedicated to assisting the tenants. Marie B., the property manager in the main office , is gracious and understanding!
