I am extremely dissatisfied with this pediatric center. I’m giving one star because every single time I come here, I experience the same unacceptable attitude from the staff. The employees are rude, look at patients with arrogance, and show absolutely no respect — neither for people nor for their time. I wish I could give them zero star. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and patient care at this office. I needed a medical clearance letter for my daughter’s school. From the start, communication was poor. The staff member who answered the phone, Lilit, sounded rushed and dismissive, and did not make any effort to help or answer questions. Worst pediatric center!!! Doctor Sahakisn is never available!! She is either busy, fully booked or on vacation!!!!!! You get to see her only once a year during yearly check up for only for few minutes!!! When I call to get appointment, they tell me Dr. is not available untill next month!!!!!!!! What kind of office is that!!!!!!!!
I strongly advise against choosing Dr. Elma Hakopyan as your child’s primary care physician. In my experience, she has been unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Her approach to any health issue is to label it as a “routine”, attributing it to stress or anxiety without truly addressing the underlying concerns.
