Excellent service. Scott Floyd was excellent in navigating me through the purchase. My Ford Escape is exactly what I was looking for. Mrs. Floyd made orientation and set up easy and was a tremendous help getting everything transferred and going. Parts and service helped in getting the additional accessories I wanted. I would highly recommend Montrose Ford for your auto needs. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership.
The Saleman was very nice and the whole process went smoothly .The truck we bought was as is had not been gone over mechanically ,We bought it anyway. The truck body and interior was in excellent condition, how ever I believe that some of the things that we are having to repair mechanically and I believe were known by the dealership and should have been disclosed. But we do Like the Truck and like I said the service and the sale was a good experience.
Kudos to Brody Highland! He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the Escape that fit my requirements.Very helpful since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in years and had lots of questions re: technology.
