This is a very well kept and beautiful community. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. Maintenance is quick to fix issues and the office staff is always helpful.
I have had a wonderful experience living here at Montrose Manor Court. The rental staff is kind and generous. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The community is quiet and aesthetically well-maintained. The rent is very affordable without sacrificing quality of living. I plan to live here for a long time!

I recently viewed the apartment complex, the units are very spacious and beautiful. The leasing agent Rhonda made us feel very welcomed and was extremely nice and made this experience so wonderful.
If you are looking for nice housing that comes with fair screening, look elsewhere. For starters, the leasing agent showed me a one bedroom that did not include all the features I requested. After viewing said unit, I mentioned that I was looking for a unit that included a washer and dryer. The leasing agent responded by telling me they have one unit like that, but it was $1800.
