I went through a major life change in March 2023 divorcing my husband of 29 years. I came home to Catonsville for the support of my family. I immediately was able to rent a two bedroom two bath first floor unit days after I came back. It was unheard of to have that quick of availability. I have been here ever since along with my almost 16 year old dog. Move in process was quick and easy
Just moved in and the leasing office made the process so easy and stress free.
I moved into a 1-bedroom apartment at Montrose Manor at the end of July 2025. It's been almost a month living here now and I am so happy that I made this decision. [No joke, while writing this review, a neighbor knocked at my door to give me some watermelon. Love it!] I had to add a guarantor/co-signer to my rental application here because of my current status transitioning between full-time grad school to part-time grad school and looking for work.
