Move in process was quick and easy
Just moved in and the leasing office made the process so easy and stress free.
I moved into a 1-bedroom apartment at Montrose Manor at the end of July 2025. It's been almost a month living here now and I am so happy that I made this decision. [No joke, while writing this review, a neighbor knocked at my door to give me some watermelon. Love it!] I had to add a guarantor/co-signer to my rental application here because of my current status transitioning between full-time grad school to part-time grad school and looking for work. My husband and I have lived in our apartment for almost a year and love it here. Our apartment is quiet and comfortable. The apartment buildings and property are extremely well maintained. The very responsive management and maintenance staff are friendly and know tenants as individuals. Montrose Manor is a great home base for accessing restaurants, the library, schools, shopping.
