If you are looking for nice housing that comes with fair screening, look elsewhere. For starters, the leasing agent showed me a one bedroom that did not include all the features I requested. After viewing said unit, I mentioned that I was looking for a unit that included a washer and dryer. The leasing agent responded by telling me they have one unit like that, but it was $1800. I’ve had a lovely experience with Montrose-Manor Apartments. Since the first call Jill has provided outstanding service. The entire leasing team are very friendly and professional. I’m so grateful to have found my new temporary home. The apartment complex is very private and peaceful. Lots of light and a beautiful nature landscape. The apartment is perfect in so many ways. I highly recommend you inquire about an apartment here if you are looking within the Catonsville/ Ellicott City area.
