My overall experience with the service department was very frustrating. I was told over the phone one thing, and got a completely different outcome. I felt like I was not listened to when I explained my situation over the phone, and the overall outcome at the end resulted in my car not being fixed and me owning hundreds of dollars. One positive side of my experience was the way I was treated by one of the floor salesmen. He was very understanding.
