Today we made a purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe. We found the car online and just new it was the one for us. Considering the car was over 685 miles away (us in Tennessee and car in Ohio), we were really not sure how everything would transpire. 8:00 am called dealership and was connected with Andrew is sales. I am beyond greatful for the service I received. As promised Andrew made everything right and SMOOTH. Also Jerry, I spoke and they listened. It was all around great. Even after the sale, with questions, comments, and concerns. I will say this. They will make it right, and keep everything positive. Absolutely so greatful for the experience my family and I had ... Lewis was our guy he was so sweet and even helped with the little kids keeping them occupied and having fun . I 1000 percent recommend Montrose and everyone there was so kind and helpful 😊 sometimes you think it would be stressful buying new car but we had no worries and even enjoyed every mintue there with everyone .. Great job guys and thank you again .. ill be back when im ready for another new one lol 😆
I would highly recommend Montrose! We drove 7 hours and it was worth it. My salesperson Michael was attentive and ensured everything was ready when we took delivery. His team member Louise was friendly and made sure we were 100% satisfied since Micheal couldn’t be there. Jerry the finance consultant did a great job explaining options without being overly pushy. 100% satisfied!!
First off truck went in for lights on dash (abs,traction control, 4wd temporarily unavailable). Figured it was the speed sensor on wheel bearing. They looked at it and put truck on computer and it was. They put new wheel bearing in. Next day lights come on and check engine. Go get check engine light looked at and it was the same wheel bearing.
