DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! If i could do a 0 out of 5 I would. This place traumatized my daughter. From the bugs in the shower to a nurse watching her use the bathroom without my daughter knowledge. My daughter tried to let a supervisor named nick know that she was being watched and his excuse for the nurse was "she's new she didnt know", but it is well common sense to not watch someone using the bathroom. My experience here was very bad. The staff did not make a genuine effort to help patients long term. There were frequent fights between patients multiple times a day, and staff would only break them up without addressing the underlying issues.It was also very confusing. When I asked staff questions, I often received different answers from different people, or was told to ask someone else, even when no one else was available. I went to this hospital for the first time back in November of 24', at that time I was going through alot of deep shit, since then I was all over the place, but I remember that first visit, was really helpful it helped learn alot about myself and it gave me things to start building off of, while I was there the other patients were supportive at times it might ve been worse then others but overall everyone was kind of like a big but small fam.
