The agent who was supposed to show me the suite never showed up for 2 consecutive days. Never rely on them, very bad customer support. Very disappointed!

Actually a most accurate evaluation would be 3.5 stars, but we also think that 3 stars is not quite fair, so we decided to put 4. Me and my husband lived here for one year. and there are different aspects that have to be evaluated individually.
