The agent who was supposed to show me the suite never showed up for 2 consecutive days. Never rely on them, very bad customer support. Very disappointed!

Actually a most accurate evaluation would be 3.5 stars, but we also think that 3 stars is not quite fair, so we decided to put 4. Me and my husband lived here for one year. and there are different aspects that have to be evaluated individually. The management was excellent, during that year we had two leaking pipes, which were fixed the day after, we had a heating problem during the winter holidays, and we thought that was not going to be taken care of, but the next day they sent someone who fixed the problem and replaced al... read more
