Brenda is an amazing landlady, James does a great job in the maintenance. We lived there for four years and they both did a wonderful job. They keep the crazy people out, it definitely felt like home.
The landlord is very stricked. She has an attitude also a very nosey person. other than that they are nice clean apartments there is no smoking area so you have to be off of premises to smoke and there is no child play area..rent is not reasonable even tho they are low income and polices and rules are outrageously ridiculous. .i guess its ok when the Person is desperate for a living place
