So far I have loved living here! Everyone is so nice and super helpful. It has been an easy transition!
i’ve lived here for 2 years as student at KCAl, and my experience was incredibly pleasant. the previous owners were fine, but these new owners seem wonderful! i’ve enjoyed the package locker system, kitchen island, in-unit laundry, and i’ll definitely miss my unit's skylight. i was lucky enough to live next to very quiet, kind neighbors as well. i did experience some AC issues where my unit would not cool down enough during the summers, and a good lot of my outlets were loose and no longer working. the connected vents make i... read more
Smooth experience at the Leasing Office. Property has some charm, swimming pool, fireplace, features. Great location. 5 stars
The recent management team has been amazing. Very responsive, helpful and kind. Aside from their professional communication the maintenance man is awesome. He goes above what is requested of him and checks on things I wouldn’t think of myself!
