Scheduled a tour for Monday at 8am (the only time they offered online), showed up and no one was in the leasing office that is supposed to be open at 8. Sat outside until 8:35 and called the office number multiple times. Joke of an apartment complex, complete lack of professionalism.
Poor property manager, about to get 3rd or 4th new one, can’t keep track of them. Outdated buildings thin walls/floors(you can hear everything), bad AC and winters are cold due to old windows. Maintenance man quit due to poor treatment by management, and rent bumps with increasingly dirty property. Pool closes a lot (health department shut it down once too), and apartment is next to event space so expect weddings late at night every weekend over summer.
