Required an exchange of my display as my laptop got damaged in the luggage bin during a plane ride. Exchange went smooth with 40mins. Previous discussion via email on the costs, model and spare part was to the point and very kind and helpful. Very happy with the service and performance of the technicians. Only the guys at the reception were not helpful at all.

Very satisfied consumer. I went to Montreal PC Support with my laptop having suffered an important liquid spill that made my SSD not recognizable by my PC. They clearly explained the steps to me. They did a great job cleaning the full computer and applying a treatment to stop further damage. They installed a new hard drive with windows and my computer was back working like a charm.
