Very satisfied consumer. I went to Montreal PC Support with my laptop having suffered an important liquid spill that made my SSD not recognizable by my PC. They clearly explained the steps to me. They did a great job cleaning the full computer and applying a treatment to stop further damage. They installed a new hard drive with windows and my computer was back working like a charm. Fast, respectful, and helpful service. Even when my laptop required replacement parts that typically take months to arrive, they had it repaired within just 2 to 3 days. They’re completely transparent about what’s wrong and, unlike many other places, they don’t proceed without your approval or surprise you with a massive bill. They are very responsible and awesome. They answer to the calls immediately and when you need them, they call you immediately. That is amazing and great. When you have questions and concerns they are always available. There was a little problem with diagnostics and they called me and had conversation with me in a very nice, cool, expert and the most patient way. I admire that deeply.
