Extremely unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else. I brought my Alienwarehere and it took them at least 4 months to fix it. The communication was absolute garbage. I had to constantly email and call them myself just to get any update. To make matters worse, the first time I brought it in for liquid damage repair, I paid for the service (200$) and they handed me back a laptop that wouldn't even turn on at all. Required an exchange of my display as my laptop got damaged in the luggage bin during a plane ride. Exchange went smooth with 40mins. Previous discussion via email on the costs, model and spare part was to the point and very kind and helpful. Very happy with the service and performance of the technicians. Only the guys at the reception were not helpful at all.
