They gave me a consultation phone appointment between 1pm to 5pm (first of all, that’s a huge gap) and told me to keep my phone close and even confirmed the appointment by phone and email the week prior to the appointment. They NEVER called. I called the clinic 3 times, they never picked up and I even left a message and they never called me back. So embarrassing on their part to leave couples standing there waiting anxiously for hours, just to never even bother calling them.

I've been followed by the Montreal Fertility Clinic since November 2024 after being unsuccessful getting pregnant naturally. Thanks to Dr. Mahutte during the screening tests, he found a significant endometrial polyp, something my OBGYN team did not find previously. After my surgery, we decided to pursue IVF. Évitez cette clinique. Il n’y aucune confidentialité. Les secrétaires vous parlent des choses personnelles à hautes voix devant tout ceux qui attendent. L’échantillon de sp.erm a été pris par la secrétaire et balancé sur son bureau aucune délicatesse. Lorsque vous demandez une copie de votre dossier on vous envoies dés brouillons. J’ai payé un examen et le résultat n’avait pas été consigné. J’ai dû menacer pour que le médecin rédige un résumé du résultat sans éléments scientifiques.
